A Columbia Crew for the Whole House
Roofing first, and everything around it: gutters, paint, floors, trees, and lawns, handled by one crew that answers its own phone.
Roofs, exteriors, and yards, handled by one local crew
Hyperborean Contracting LLC is based in Columbia, South Carolina, and works across the Midlands from Lexington and Lake Murray to Blythewood and Elgin. Most of our days are spent on roofs: tearing off worn shingles, replacing rotted decking, and installing new underlayment, vents, and architectural shingles.
Homeowners kept asking us for help with the rest of the house too, so we grew into it. Today the same crew handles gutters and downspouts, interior and exterior painting, flooring, tree work, and recurring lawn maintenance. That means one company, one schedule, and one number to call.
Every job starts with a free on-site estimate and a price you agree to before work begins, and ends with debris hauled off and a walkthrough with you. Customers who come back for a second project get 13% off, because repeat work is how a local contractor should grow.
